v0.1 (draft) · last updated 2026-05-24
Pending legal review.
This page reflects our intended policy and serves as a placeholder so links don't 404. The final, legally-binding version lands before public launch after Legal's formal review. For customer-facing contracts in the interim, contact [email protected].
1. Parties
These Terms are between you (Customer) and HexxLock Inc. (Ligarbo). By creating an account, accepting an order form, or otherwise using Ligarbo, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Ligarbo provides marketing automation — contact management, email and social campaigns, ad-account integration, and analytics — delivered as a SaaS subscription. Subscription tiers, included quotas, and pricing are described on the pricing page.
3. Acceptable use
Customer must use Ligarbo in compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Sending unsolicited email, harvesting addresses, or operating from a list without a lawful basis is grounds for immediate suspension.
4. Privacy + data processing
HexxLock Inc. processes personal data on Customer's behalf as a Processor under GDPR. Customer data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and the full processing terms are in the Data Processing Agreement, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Fees + billing
Plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Overages bill at the end of the cycle. Past-due accounts may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment.
6. Term + termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current billing period. HexxLock Inc. may terminate immediately for material breach of the AUP or non-payment.
7. Warranty + liability
Ligarbo is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Specific carve-outs (fraud, gross negligence, IP indemnity, data-breach obligations) follow standard SaaS market practice.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of HexxLock Inc.'s primary jurisdiction. Final wording lands after Legal's review.
