Acceptable use
Use Ligarbo responsibly.
v0.1 (draft) · last updated 2026-05-24
Pending legal review.
This page reflects our intended policy and serves as a placeholder so links don't 404. The final, legally-binding version lands before public launch after Legal's formal review. For customer-facing contracts in the interim, contact [email protected].
Don't
You won't use Ligarbo to send unsolicited email or messages, scrape addresses from third-party sites, message people who haven't given a lawful basis to contact them, send content that's illegal, hateful, defamatory, or harassing, or attempt to interfere with the service for other customers (load attacks, enumeration, vulnerability probing without an authorisation letter).
Sending discipline
Every email sent through Ligarbo must include a working unsubscribe link and a physical postal address per CAN-SPAM + EU ePrivacy. Bounce rates above 2% and complaint rates above 0.1% trigger automatic suspension to protect the shared sending reputation; you can request a review once you've cleaned the list.
API + integration discipline
Public API requests must use your tenant's API key, respect the documented rate limit, and not attempt to access another tenant's data. Sharing API keys across tenants is forbidden.
Enforcement
Violations are typically met with a warning + 7-day cure window. Repeated or egregious violations (spamming, illegal content, security probing) result in immediate suspension and possible termination with data export window per the DPA.
If you believe a Ligarbo customer is misusing the service, please email [email protected].
