Pending legal review.
This page reflects our intended policy and serves as a placeholder so links don't 404. The final, legally-binding version lands before public launch after Legal's formal review. For customer-facing contracts in the interim, contact [email protected].
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files saved to your browser by sites you visit. Ligarbo uses cookies (and similar storage) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and — with your consent — measure how the product is used.
Categories we set
Strictly necessary. Session cookies, CSRF tokens, language preference. Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled (ePrivacy art. 5(3) exemption).
Functional. Theme + density + UI preferences. Set after explicit consent. Off by default.
Analytics. Aggregate, anonymised page-view + interaction stats so we can prioritise improvements. Set after explicit consent. Off by default.
Marketing. Limited to attribution of LinkedIn + Meta ad clicks to eventual signups. Set after explicit consent. Off by default. No third-party advertising-network cookies.
Managing your consent
On first visit, Ligarbo shows a cookie banner with Accept all, Reject all, and Customize options. You can change your choice anytime via the banner on the marketing site (clear the consent cookie or revisit in incognito to re-prompt) or by contacting [email protected].
Retention
Consent records are kept for 1 year. Strictly necessary cookies expire at the end of the browser session. Functional + analytics + marketing cookies expire after 90 days unless you renew them by continued use.
